F. Don Donley Director, Quality became part of the Army Fleet Support team in May 2004 as the Director of the Aviation Technical Test Center (ATTC). In December 2005, he moved into the position of Director of Operations. After serving as the interim Director of Quality since October 2007 while also serving as the Director of Operations, he was appointed to his current position as the Director of Quality in June 2008. In November 1998, Mr. Donley completed a distinguished career with the United States Army. He served in a myriad of challenging and interesting assignments in the Army to include an Army Research Fellow at the Naval War College and Chief of the Advanced Concepts Office at the U.S. Forces Command. Mr. Donley culminated his career as the Chief, Aviation Division, U.S. Forces Command. After leaving the military, Mr. Donley became the Manager of the Institutional Training Division for Vinnell Corporation (a Northrop Grumman company) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from May 1999 until April 2004. Mr. Donley earned a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University, a Masters of Arts in National Security and Strategic Policy from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Masters of Military Art and Science from the U.S. Command and General Staff College. He is currently enrolled and completing requirements for a Masters of Science in Aerospace Management from Embry-Riddle University.
