Thomas E. Allen has served his country for 26 years as a United States Marine and 15 years as a member of the Aviation Maintenance Contract Management Team at Ft. Rucker, Alabama.    His assignments with the maintenance contractor include Quality Control Special Projects Officer, Air Ground Safety Coordinator, Manager Molinelli, Manager Production Control, Manager Information Technology Support, Director Support, and his current assignment as the Director Environmental Health and Safety.
